"ai qing lai de tai kuai, jiu xiang long juan feng..." we're still working on it. in fact i ran through briefly with jc yesterday at ri. our old friend aka the gryphon lair piano has been utterly destroyed. the panel that holds the score is missing. the front panel that used to hide the strings and hammers away from the pianist is by the side of the piano. while playing we also found a B and F# like gone. you can strike the string but it doesnt vibrate. probably something choked it up. it's sad, but the fact is the place looks like it has been rapidly disintegrating. even the piano we hold so dear is falling apart. anyway the tune is on my mind now since i ran thru it at erm 6am. i realise there are two intervals that i'm quite the hopeless at. guess i'll need to hear the guys more often to fix this problem. to date i have yet to hear the melody and the perc with the new arrangement. guess we're all waiting for it. =)
i've finally got off my lazy butt to install the iomega cd-rw drive. considering i bought it like 3 weeks ago. and the fact that two years ago, friends whom i have condemned as tech-hopeless burnt me a cd (which i still have, since it's really useful) and only now have i installed the drive and i have not even tried to burn a cd yet. I am looking forward to bringing the songs on my computer around on my discman though. (again note the lack of experience with mp3 players, and while we are at that, thumb drives too.)
hmhm. still a happy b*******. that's good. i think poor kenneth should still be suffering at aoh. let's try to give him some time off after aoh (which every regular wants, even those who did like nothing for the whole event) considering this kid has been going down everyday, waking up at 530 and reaching camp pass 10. get a good rest. i'll tekan the coy for you in your absence.
