i went for an important class today. it's free. thanks to the saf.
behind closed doors, there was 6 of us. i was on the sofa in a corner, half awake reading times magazine and half asleep, cos i really was sleepy. in that condition i learnt that not all things can be good. a philantrophist starting a school in nepal need not necessary be a good guy. i learnt that we have to be careful of others. a kind looking old man in his 50s can be calling up his lawyer to find out if there's anything he can charge you with, just because you crossed his path today.
it's a good idea to be acquainted with the law. it's a good idea to stand up for what you believe in, but pls do watch your back. some guys just dun appreciate morals. and we need more of you believers around so try not to lose your lives to some unappreciative guy. it's a good idea not ot be a trouble maker. people tend to believe you less. and more people would like to see you dead just for the satisfaction.
mm. i'm still waiting for the outcome. i'm rather interested to know.
that aside, i would like to dedicate one little paragraph to my chorale teacher in charge, ms low. although we never really spoke on proper terms since that horrible evening during orientation, i must admit i'm quite sorry that i refused to listen to your reasons. you have yours and i have mine. but since you're the in charge, i guess it would have worked out better have i listened. maybe some people would have woken up to the realisation that the task does not end with winning the appointment. it has just started. i learnt that a few weeks after commissioning. it's damn true. thanks for your guidance, and i hope the next time i see you in person i can actually thank you personally. although i still cannot accept how you handled the case in march 02, but that's another case altogether.
solitaire, anyone?
