tired.

learnt today that jonathan lives in jurong, and it takes an hour or more to get home. i also learnt how to use the track changes function in word from denise. that victor frequently stays back late from the security guard.

database progress: 0%. i opened access to research a little on user-level access rights. it hung. i tried to shut it down. in the end i had to use task manager to restart the computer. still cannot. it only got as far as the logging out screen. finally i had to use the manual forced shut down. and after that i never really got around to trying again. =( i also wondered about how to design a form with multiple levels instead of just header-field-footer because that is like plain boring and few forms actually come in a single row, really.

10 more days or so. things are going to get tough here. for now i'm simply sleepy. nite.

and so the little voice said, "do this! it sounds more socially honorable and possibly self-sacrificial in an appreciable kind of way." it never mentioned that the chances are fixed at 1 x 10^(-google). but i fell for it anyway. what the heck.
