when i was younger, my parents, in cahoots with the school, the national educational system, etc, taught me to believe that it is not right to gain from someone else's loss. i still believe in it, although reality has shown that many a time when you want to gain something, it is inevitably at someone else's loss. so we try to minimise lor.

i'm glad that many of my close friends agree with this point. as of now, as i sit here listening to tao tze's blue moon, i'm tempted to be happy. but "hello," the voice says, "you just said you shouldn't be happy about someone else's loss" yah, that's right. so i'm trying to just play my keyboard.

this coming weekend's sypnosis: 2pm in punggol! we're hoping to hit 4 men this time round (a 33.3bar % improvement! everyone clap!)

(i just realised i'm still in "sleeping" on msn. gosh.)
