hehe finally met up with xl and jc today. went over to suntec for a slow lunch (although i think i'm really the only one eating) but hey it's been so long since we've met up =) and happy bday to xl (in about 10 mins)

talked to weicong about my lab reports. he gave me inspiration to write a two page length discussion in my final 1101 lab report. i'm quite keen to get an a for this one, or in the least figure out what else i've done wrong. well i'm feeling a bit fishy because i spent quite a few paragraphs condemning the experiment as assuming some fundamentals without experimental evidence. to top it off i happily mentioned ligand field theory in the opening paragraph, thereby showing that i'm trying to pretend i know what i'm saying and actually what i'm really saying to the ta is probably more to the effect of "hey, fail me man."
