went down to perform at the charlie/hotel 70/07 commissioning ball yesterday night. it was a strange feeling, bringing the kids there, now from the other side of the story. 21 year old kids stressed by the fact that there's such a weird requirement that you have to bring a date to a ball to mark your own big commissioning day. it was not exactly very prudent to have sent ppl from the jayz batch, and we sincerely believe some of our female members caught quite some attention at the ball itself. probably. after all these are ppl still young. and ppl like me and wei lee were like just going huh. if wei lee had gone for one before he probably would have been even more bored. but we kept ourselves amused, much of it thanks to yeow and jiayan taking all the weird pictures. in fact yeow was damn efficient to upload the pictures last night before i even got back to hall. power. alas. the power of the jayz gang.

what would i have been like so many years ago? that was 2004, if i didnt remember wrongly. oh. that makes these kids something like 19-20 years old. 21 would be when you ord. haha. so much have passed since then. so much have also returned. and left. life hasnt really slowed down for us huh.
