waiting to shower after first 5k in a long long time. a few years. but the pace is really very slow. I don't understand why the rate monitor asks me to go at that speed. perhaps it was meant as a recovery run. I also didnt know how far to go, thus the 5k.

we had dinner at nydc in tampines one just now... nice setting to just chill and crap. followed by some random shopping, with dorcas collecting her new spectacles while jie ting was trying out every other pair of spectacles on display in the store. it was... hilarious.
