hm. some pretty big things happened out there while i was happily spending my time in a small corner in kranji. so now i'm back (rv has small groups of size 16. wow. now that's small.) let's see... caught up with two more friends, same camp but not exactly related. looking ahead, friend's bday coming soon. maybe we should do something about it. a little worried cos end of the month got chalet. you know how these things go, they're not quite as volunteery as a civilian would understand. so i may not turn up on the day itself at all. for that matter i'm already missing out on a budak concert this month thanks to having dinner with a formation that i do not exactly belong to. the wonders of combined arms. life is stunning. so now some chorale mates are going in my place. wonder what matt thinks of that. i hope he knows. i hope jc told him, anyway.

when everything is just flying by, hopefully i'll still be here. i'm trying.
