5 weeks into production. it's time to take a breather, to sit back and see what is going on right and what is wrong. on my own part, wrong is being absent, being unable to stay up with the floaters. wrong is not sensing the moods and people on the ground, not making a connection with each of them. wrong is not giving clear instructions and directions to the team. wrong is not making each of them feel their own worth.

right is recent attempts to make connections. right is having a rigid system that stresses people to perform instead of giving in to slowness. maybe that is half a wrong, in a sense. i'll leave my own emotional statements for next time, after float, if i remember still by then.

VOIII is over. it was great. lots of fun i must say. i thank the members in my 4 groups, like sophia, audrey, yeow, charmaine yik, zoe, edlina, michael, lyndley, ern theng, wai lun, wei lee, daniel, louis, rachael, and tovya for the enjoyable journey.

we just finished debrief. off hand, there's alot of things that went right and i dunno how to keep them right. they say empty vassels make the most noise. i cant comment about the incoming comm, but i must first admit to myself that i make lots of noise but i aint as great as half of what i try to sound like. so beware. i'm really not that much of an asset to resonance, and you might really have better choices.

yes i may like singing alot, but that doesnt mean i'm any good at it, or know enough about how to run a group such as this.i really had not been much of a leader for the first 5 years of my singing life. so therefore i cant do magic as i wished i could.
